- Verdn facilitates and tracks the impact
- Verdn’s partners carry out / execute the impact
- Consumers care more about personal impact than company-wide impact
- The impact location and timing is not set before a sale is made

In the legal arrangement we have with our impact partners, you (the store owner) cannot claim explicitly that you are responsible for carrying out the impact.
